Welcome to Denmark! We are happy to have you!

International Student Ministry (ISM) is a fellowship for international students, mainly located in Copenhagen – open to all nationalities of any faith or belief. We are a part of the Danish Christian Student Union called KFS. 

We wish to bring international students together, to make international students feel at home away from home. Together we seek to discover more of what the Bible says while adjusting to life in Denmark.   

Welcome to Copenhagen

In Copenhagen, we host ‘International Student Dinners” every Wednesday at a place called “Ly” on Jagtvej 127, 2200, København N. We start our evenings at 18:00 with a passage from the bible – a bible study – and afterwards we eat together and enjoy each other’s company. 

Besides the usual program we strive to have a few extra events each semester. They vary from semester to semester, but some highlights have been a guided tour around Copenhagen, a shared worship night with Crossroads Kbh, a weekend camp in the fall and a joined national camp with the rest of KFS in the spring, a Thanksgiving Dinner and a Bonfire Night.

Welcome to Aarhus

In Aarhus, Anders Keseler and other volunteers host an Eat’N’Greet at the start of every semester where they seek to connect internationals while enjoying small games and a meal together. There is also an International Bible Study Group where students read the Bible together and share life—both joys, challenges, and tricky Danish words.
